Shipping policy
- Shipping will be calculated & invoiced separately.
- All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx overnight and are only available for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.
- Dry Goods orders ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS or by Freight, depending on the order size. Dry Goods orders must be received by 1:00 PM CST for same-day shipping.
- Livestock orders ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be received by 1:00 PM CST for same-day shipping. All livestock orders received after 1:00 PM CST on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday.
- You will receive a tracking number via email before your shipment arrives.
Transship Orders - Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card, payment in full is required before items will be shipped.
- All shipments will be re-oxygenated and water changed in Los Angeles.
- Customers are responsible for paying airfreight charges from Los Angeles to their chosen airport. Corals and fish can also be picked up at O’Hare (ORD)
- All DOA claims will be applied as a credit toward your next order. Only the price of the coral, fish or plant will be covered. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays and reserve the right to cancel or delay any order for circumstances beyond our control.
- All DOA must be reported within two hours of arrival, all claims outside of that timeline will not be accepted.
Regular WYSIWYG - We ship UPS Next Day Air unless requested otherwise, if you want to use your own FedEx/UPS labels we will drop off your order at the nearest hub.

Please be aware that: - We are not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, and/or any other shipping liability.
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies.
- We are not liable for any damages that might occur whilst your items are in transit/en route for delivery.
- In the event of a claim (genuine reasons only), we need to be provided with the pictures of the damaged items within TWO HOURS of receiving the shipment. No claims will be accepted/processed without the pictures, and/or supporting evidence.
Please note: If there is a delay with your credit card authorization, your order will be delayed and WYSIWYG items may become unavailable.
